Business Development Executive (International and Domestic) ( Web Design and Development Company)
Job Description
• Should have experience in the US-based and India-based markets for Digital Marketing (SEO/SMO/PPC), Mobile Apps, Website Design, and development.
• Process email marketing leads, write Proposals / Costing/ Negotiations/prepare project schedules, review and check procedures and documentation, and prepare the release package.
• Lead nurturing, searching for new market strategies in the US-based and India-based markets.
• Interact with clients for their technical requirements and communicate the requirements to the development team.
• Knowledge of online marketing for web-based software applications.
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs on an ongoing basis.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
.Work strategically – carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes if required.
• Studying competitor’s services, and offerings & implementing the same with customized strategies for increasing profitability.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Must have good knowledge of the Internet, Website, Email, Social Media Marketing, Web Design Services, and Other Information Technologies
Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., as required.
Understanding the project requirement & making client relations.
Understanding of the Demand and Supply of Software Outsourcing, Web Design, Web Development, and Mobile App Development.
Prepare business reviews for the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new enterprise customers.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
• Excellent knowledge of web design products and services, such as WordPress, Shopify, SEO, etc.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
